🔎 Is there a minimum income or investment criteria that I need to meet to take up an Integrum Wealth Building solution?

Short answer – NO.


We do not require a minimum income or investment amount from our clients before or after taking up any of our wealth building solutions. We want to work with people who are serious about reaching their financial dreams, courageous enough to embark on the journey, want to learn and engage in the process and see the value we can offer in helping them build their wealth.


Our purpose is to make professional financial advice and hands-on money knowledge accessible to the broader community, things that before was typically only reserved for individuals with high incomes and/or a high net worth.  


Note: We do advise those in debt review/bankruptcy/liquidation to get help from the relevant legal- and credit professionals who specialize in these regulated procedures. 

🔎 Will I reach my financial goals with an Integrum wealth building solution?

Our goal is to help clients unleash their full financial potential and reach their unique financial goals. The critical elements to achieving a financial goal include being clear on what you want to achieve (the goal), where you are now, what steps you need to take to get there AND to continuously monitor and adjust in line with your life and circumstances to ensure you stay on track. 


We help to create a clear plan between your goal starting- and end points. With the Integrum Kickstart Wealth and Integrum DIY Wealth Building plans, these plans are done at a specific point in time with the individual (client) taking responsibility for implementation, tracking and adjusting as he/she sees fit. When partnering with us on an ongoing basis through the Integrum Complete Wealth Building solution, your dedicated Financial Coach assists you with the practical implementation of your plan and to continuously help you to stay on track through feedback, annual reviews and ongoing support. 


We believe that the ongoing support and guidance offered through the Integrum Complete Wealth Building solution give clients the highest probability of unlocking their full financial potential to achieve their financial goals.

🔎 What does a Financial Coach do?

Money is emotional and having a trusted expert to help guide and support you along your wealth building journey plays a critical part in your success. Our purpose is to actively help clients in a practical, no-nonsense way to reach their financial goals. 


The role of a Financial Coach is to provide personalised, hands-on guidance and professional advice to clients across the different aspects of their money and financial goals. Their role assists clients in avoiding the common pitfalls and money mistakes people fall prey to, but also in taking advantage of the appropriate financial opportunities for them to reach their financial goals. It is with this in mind that we refer to our team of experienced advisors as “Financial Coaches”.


Note: All Financial Coaches at Integrum hold professional qualifications with relevant experience across the financial planning, asset- and investment management disciplines.

🔎 Is a Financial Coach the same as a financial planner?

All Financial Coaches at Integrum hold professional qualifications with relevant experience across the financial planning, asset- and investment management disciplines.


The role of a Financial Coach at Integrum is to provide personalised, hands-on guidance and professional advice to clients across the different aspects of their money and financial goals. This includes how to optimize their spending and/or debt. This is quite unique as a financial planner will not typically provide this type of day-to-day and/or credit related money management guidance to clients, something our Financial Coaches do in detail. 


This money management guidance is aimed at assisting clients to avoid the common pitfalls and money mistakes people fall prey to, but also to unlock their financial potential and reach their financial goals. 

🔎 What can I expect once I’ve purchased an Integrum wealth building plan ?


  • You will receive a Registration Email within 24 hours of completing payment. This email contains a unique link to register for our online platform. (Remember to check your spam folders for the email and add our email address to your safe senders list)

  • Once registered, you will receive a Welcome Email explaining the next steps. This includes the information* you’ll need to have at hand that you will be sharing with us by using our secure online platform. The online platform is very easy to use and will guide you through each step

  • When your information is submitted, one of our Financial Coaches are assigned to complete your personalised plan using the information you have provided 

  • You can expect to receive your personalised Integrum Kickstart Wealth Plan within 5 working days of submitting your information online

  • For Integrum Complete- or DIY Wealth Building clients, you can expect to receive both your personalised Kickstart Wealth and ‘How to Implement my plan’ product plans within 7 working days of submitting your information online 

  • *The information is required for your wealth building plan to be tailored and personalised to you. The type of information needed depends on which one of the wealth building solutions you have chosen - see question 10 for more detail on the type of information you’ll be sharing. 


    🔎 Why do I need to share my information ?

    Your unique information is used to tailor and personalised your plan. It helps us to get to know you, understand your money and where you want to go. This makes the info-sharing step super important!


    As the detail and completeness of the information you share with us influence the suitability and completeness of the personalised plan that you will receive. 

    🔎 Will you be sending me any forms to fill in?

    The information-sharing step is super important. You might be wondering how many forms we’ll be sending you to fill in, sign, print, scan, email, zip etc.. The answer is NONE! We’ve made it easy! 


    Through our secure online platform, we will guide you through the 6 important aspects of your money that makes up your personalised wealth building plan. You will be prompted to capture only the critical info needed under each category by following and completing the fields as needed.


    It typically takes between 30-45mins to complete all the information in one-go, if all the info is at hand.

    You are also able to save information and return later to add and/or change before submitting your final information. 


    How It Works:

    🔎 How long does it take to receive my Integrum Kickstart Wealth Plan once I’ve purchased it?

    You can expect to receive your personalised Integrum Kickstart Wealth Plan within 5 working days of submitting your information on our secure online platform. The information you share is used to tailor and personalise your plan.


    The Welcome Email you will receive post purchase contains detail on the type of information you will be sharing with us through our secure online platform. This means that the sooner your complete your information, the sooner you receive your personalised plan based on your unique context.


    🔎How do I provide you with my information that will be used in my personalised wealth building plan ?

    Our secure online platform has been designed to help you easily and safely complete and share information with us. It also ensures all aspects of your money are correctly included by your Financial Coach in your personalised plan and we can share your final plan with you in a quick turnaround time.


    The platform will guide you through the 6 important aspects of your money that will be used in your personalised wealth building plan. You’ll be prompted to capture only the critical info needed under each of the 6 categories by following and completing the fields. 


    🔎 Will my financial information be safe once I’ve share it on the platform?

    You can be assured of our commitment to protect your personal information. We strictly adhere to the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and all information you provide is treated with the strictest confidentiality. We are regularly audited by our Compliance Practice as well as the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA). We will under no circumstances share your information with any third party without your prior written consent. The information which you provide to us will be processed by our internal staff only.


    The relevant information you have provided will only be shared with a product provider if you choose to use that provider and have given your prior written consent for this purpose. The information will not be used for any purpose other than that for which it has been collected as stated. All personal information is stored securely, with reasonable precautions taken to ensure that there is no breach of confidentiality.

    🔎 What type of financial information will be used in my personalised Integrum wealth building plan ?


    Once you’ve purchased a plan, you will receive a final list of information needed in your Welcome Email. Below are examples of the type of information that is used in your personalised plan;


  • My Personal Info: Age, type of employment, etc.

  • My Dependents: Who I’m financially responsible for

  • My Income & Expenses: How I earn and how I spend

  • My Assets & Liabilities: What I own vs what I owe

  • My Insurance & Medical Aid: If something goes wrong

  • My Financial Goals

  • My Investment and Insurance Products*

  • *NOTE:  Only applicable to Integrum Complete- and DIY Wealth Building clients who will be receiving a detailed ‘How to Implement’ best-fit product report as part of their plans. This info is needed to complete the review of your existing products

    🔎 How long does it take to complete my information on the online platform ?

    As soon as your final information is submitted, a Financial Coach is assigned to complete your personalised plan.

    Our secure online platform has been designed to help you easily and safely complete and share information. The online platform is very easy to use and will guide you through the 6 important aspects of your money that get used as input to your personalised plan.


    You’ll be prompted to capture only the critical info needed under each category by following and completing the relevant fields. You are also able to save information and return later to add and/or change before submitting your final information.

    🔎 How do I book my virtual consultation with my Financial Coach once I’ve purchased my wealth building plan ?

    You will only be able to book your consultation with your Financial Coach once your personalised plan has been emailed to you. This email contains a link that you can follow to book time online with the Financial Coach who worked on your plan.


    We advise you to go through the plan prior to meeting your Financial Coach, ensuring you get the most from the virtual meeting time.

    🔎How long is the virtual consultation meeting with my Financial Coach ?

    The length of the consultation time depends on the solution option you have chosen. For example,


  • Integrum Kickstart Wealth Plan clients can book a once-of 60mins virtual consultation, after receiving their personalised plan

  • Integrum DIY Wealth Building clients can book a once-of 90mins virtual consultation

  • Integrum Complete Wealth Building clients can book either a 120mins or 2x 60mins virtual consultations on separate days with their Financial Coach but have unlimited digital access via email and telephone during- and post the implementation of their personalised plan

  • We advise you to go through the plan prior to meeting your Financial Coach, ensuring you get the most from the virtual meeting time.

    🔎 How does the 3 Wealth Building plans differ ?

    We offer 3 distinct wealth building solutions that differ on 4 aspects:


  • The depth of detail contained in the personalised plans 

  • The on-on-one virtual consultation time and access you have with your Financial Coach,

  • Whether or not you’ve chosen that your Financial Coach assists you to implement your best-fit products, and

  • Whether or not you’ve chosen to receive ongoing support from your Financial Coach

  • The price of each plan inter alia reflects the difference on the four aspects above


    🔎 How is the Kickstart Wealth Plan different from the Complete Wealth Building solution ?

    The Kickstart Wealth Plan offers a once-off personalised plan across the 6 important aspects of your money, including detailed guidance on how to reach your financial goals. The Kickstart Wealth Plan also includes a 60min virtual consultation with the Financial Coach who worked on your plan. 


    The Complete Wealth Building solution offers you access to a dedicated Financial Coach who will complete a personalised Kickstart Wealth plan for you and also identify and discuss the best-fit products appropriate for each of your financial goals. You will have the option of a longer consultation time, either a 120mins virtual session or 2x 60mins virtual sessions. 


    Your Financial Coach will also assist you to implement your plan with your chosen best-fit products. As a Complete Wealth Building client, you also enjoy on-going support from your dedicated Financial Coach through regular updates, reviews and progress reports. 

    🔎 How is the Kickstart Wealth Plan different from the DIY Wealth Building plan ?

    The Kickstart Wealth Plan offers a once-off personalised plan across the 6 important aspects of your money, including detailed guidance on how to reach your financial goals. The Kickstart Wealth Plan also includes a 60min virtual consultation with the Financial Coach who worked on your plan. 


    The DIY Wealth Building solution offers you access to a dedicated Financial Coach who will complete a personalised Kickstart Wealth plan for you and also identify the best-fit products appropriate for each of your financial goals. Your Financial Coach will also complete a full analysis and review on your existing investment and long term insurance products.


    You will have the option of a longer 90mins virtual consultation session, enabling you to confidently implement your plan and products on your own. 

    🔎 Why does the Complete Wealth Building solution have a monthly fee included in the pricing?

    On-going advice fees are typically charged as a percentage of your investments and/or insurance values. In line with our purpose, we follow a different approach and offer on-going advice and support through a nominal monthly fee, ensuring;

  • Most importantly, this type of pricing doesn’t negatively impact your investment growth over the long term (something that traditional percentage-based   advice fees does, and most investors aren’t aware of).

  • As a Complete Wealth Building client, you receive on-going support and professional advice from your dedicated Financial Coach. Your dedicated Financial Coach will provide you with hands-on guidance and help you stay on track through;

  • Sharing general updates on any regulatory, tax and other developments that might be applicable to you;

  • Being able to contact your Financial Coach through telephone and/or email for any questions or queries related to your finances and wealth building plan, and

  • An annual Complete Wealth Building formal review with your Financial Coach, to allow for any adjustments if needed.  

  • 🔎 Can my partner/spouse and I complete the Integrum Wealth building solution together ?

    One of the key elements we consider in your personalised plan includes tax allowances and/or implications (e.g. personal income tax rates, capital gains tax, interest income exemptions, etc.). 


    Since many tax aspects are based on an individual level, we’ve scoped both the Integrum Kickstart Wealth and the Integrum DIY Wealth Building plans to work on an individual level or basis only. The option to combine your financial plan with that of your partner or spouse is only available on the Integrum Complete Wealth Building solution, since considering two or more individuals’ finances together requires adequate consultation time with your Financial Coach to ensure the appropriate plan is scoped with all tax and other aspects considered.

    🔎 Can I ‘upgrade’ to another plan if I’ve already purchased an Integrum Kickstart Wealth or DIY Wealth Building Plan?

    After seeing the incredible value from the personalised Kickstart Wealth plan and discussion with your Financial Coach, you might feel the need to ‘upgrade’ your wealth building plan. 


    We offer the ‘upgrading’ of solutions only to clients who took up their Integrum wealth building plan no more than 60 days previously. Please email us on [email protected] for us to assist and arrange this if it applies to you. 


    Note: You will usually be charged the difference between your existing plan option and the new option, however final pricing may vary depending on the time your Financial Coach will need to spend to ensure your personalised plan is completed to the level of quality that we require.
